  • OIF Status (Jonathan)
    • OIF is going to be re-planning the Networking Interop test at the 1Q2023 meeting next month.  The timeline is expected shift testing later (i.e. fall) and the scope will likely be TAPI 2.4 and OpenConfig (specific modules/versions are still to be determined).

  •  TAPI 2.4.0 RC1 (Nigel)

    • TAPI v2.4.0 is available at https://github.com/OpenNetworkingFoundation/TAPI/releases/tag/v2.4.0 [github.com]. The release page provides:

      • a .zip of the repository, including YANG and UML models
      • links to various documents including the corresponding published versions of the Reference Implementation Agreements (RIAs), TR-547 (v2.0) and TR-548 (v2.0).


      Thanks to everyone who has been involved in this release and especially to Andrea Mazzini who has led the team, and has made major contributions, and to Ramon Casellas who has driven TR-547 to delivery.


      We will aim to fix issues found in this release in TAPI v2.4.1 for delivery ~February 2023.

    • Possible 2.5 later in 2023 with additional features
    • Nigel working on an ONF blog entry on TAPI 2.4
  • OIMT Core Model
    • Nigel reaching out to contributors
      • add Core view of streaming
      • models largely in place but needs review (may have some experimental)
    • aim for Core Model 1.6 possibly in February 2023
