In yang, key config=false means the entire branch cannot be created by the client, and thus none of the leaf can be changed by the client
If any leaf under a node is configurable (e.g., ThresholdProfile), then the key (e.g., thresholdProfileId) of the node should be config=true
Note that the key by definition is invariant. Therefore, even the key (e.g., thresholdProfileId) is config=true (in order to allow configuring other leaves), it doesn't mean the client can/should change the value of key (such as thresholdProfileId).
Mapping rule & tool: If a class has configurable attribute(s), in the yang mapping, the key attribute shall be set to config=true
