What is the Ambassadors ONF Ambassador Program?

The Ambassadors ONF Ambassador Program is designed to empower anyone who is passionate and knowledgeable about the various ONF 's projects and who wants to promote these project in their organization, in their city, or in their country. The program provides a simple framework and a specific set of tools to help you organize and/or attend events, recruit and mentor new contributors, and also better support your local ONOS/CORD/ ONF community.

Who can be an Ambassador?

The Ambassadors program Ambassador Program is open to anyone passionate and knowledgeable about the ONF projects (ege.g., ONOS, CORD, etc..) . Because Since becoming an Ambassador involves taking on a specific set of responsibilities, an individual who signs up will be asked to fill out a short application form and be interviewed by a member of the Ambassadors Ambassador Program Steering Team (aka the A-team) before being accepted into the program.


When joining the program, an Ambassador agrees to take on some or all of the following responsibilities:

  • represent the ONF locally

  • promote the ONOS, CORD and other ONF projects as well as the ONF's mission

  • inspire, recruit and support new contributors

  • document clearly
  • Represent ONF and its technologies in his/her region;

  • Promote ONF projects and its mission;

  • Inspirerecruit, and support new contributors;

  • Document clearly all his/her activities for the benefit of the broader community.
