TR-512.8 Control updates on ControlTask and Streaming

  • Version 4 of the draft was posted on 2022.12.05 (https://wiki.opennetworking.org/download/attachments/266141701/oimt2022.ND.007_TR-512.8_OnfCoreIm-Control.docx?version=4&modificationDate=1670243562666&api=v2) was posted on Dec. 5 for quick review
  • Nigel shared the further updates since last week.
    • Section 5 ControlTask 
      • Figure 6-2 ControlTask flow
        • Added numbers and orientations to the flows
      • MB: Missing the case of network failure.
        • ND: Will add failure loops; Computation result clash with other usage; Deployment fails
      • CH: Component function graph.
        • ND: Function graph is cached copy network with various strategies (digital twin etc.)
      • ND: State system
      • KL: Direction of the provider-consumer flow in the figure
        • ND: Will correct the direction of the flow between SingleRequest Coordinator and Solution Interpreter.
      • ND: Will fix the duplicated figure numbers
  • Sections 7.7 and 7.8
    • Will defer 7.8 and 7.9 to next release. 
  • Section 10 Lifecycle
    • ND: Will clean up 7.10 Lifecycle
  • ND: Will fix the GenDoc script, generate the document, and request a peer-review
