Agreement recap  

• Agreed to have administrative discussion every meeting on the following up of the IISOMI Action Items, once the list is clean.
• Agreed that when creating a new minutes page by copying from a previous minutes, the action item of the previous minutes should not be copied into the new minutes. Only refer to the original minutes or the IISOMI Action Items for any subsequent discussion about an action item.

Action item list cleaning up (IISOMI Action Items)

• Decision to continue with the current action item tools.
  • Use "Task List" control and date them in the minutes.
  • The IISOMI Action Items page will show the open items and have an option to show the completed items.
• Current issue clean-up
  • Review every current task, close all the tasks that are past-due and keep the actions/tasks from this year
    • For the actions/tasks kept current, either assign a new due date if the current due date is in the past, or keep the current due date.
• Process for issue tracking
  • At the beginning of every meeting
    • Check the action item list and check for tasks that have passed their due date.
      • If the due date is past, determine if the issue is still active
        • If the task is active, mark the over-due task as completed, and create a new task with a new due date in the minutes
        • If the task is not active, (i.e. not going to be progressed at this time), simply close the task and make a note in the minutes that the task was closed.
  • New actions are added to the minutes of the current meeting and dated using the "task list" control

• 14 May 2021 All: To review all the closed action items (IISOMI Action Items, Click the "Completed tasks" link) to check if item needs to be re-created.

• Discussed improving the tool so that to minimize manual fix 

• 14 May 2021 Hing-Kam Lam Kam to send Scott the G.8052.1 xmi
• 14 May 2021 Italo Busi Italo to send Scott the G.8052.1 manual-fixed yang, which has the editor notes of the manual fixes
• 14 May 2021 Scott Mansfield Scott to improve the tool so that to minimize the manual fix

Not discussed on 7 May. 

Scott Mansfield presented the Model2Doc feature from Papyrus

• still in pre-release state
• need to install Model2Doc tool integrated into Eclipse 2021-03 (nightly build) and Papyrus 5.1 (nightly) and Model2Doc (0.8.0 nightly)
• requires Java version greater than 11
• creates Word files
• need to check if Model2Doc provides at least the functionality of Gendoc
• Gendoc does not work with newer Papyrus versions
• Further investigation is required
• Work continues to create a model2doc template that produces the same material as the gendoc template (class/attribute/datatype/stereotype etc.)
